Think of it as a small hotel with a few extra perks and personal touches. Bed and Breakfasts differ in that they specialize in food and hospitality. Is a Bed and Breakfast the same as an AirBnB? Guests share common space, have their own private rooms and baths, amenities and always a hearty breakfast. While bed and breakfasts are common throughout most of Europe and other countries, they are not quite as common in the U.S., but becoming more so everyday! In fact, The Roost is part of the Nebraska Association of Bed and Breakfast of which there are 29 members! Unlike hotel lodging, Bed and Breakfasts are actually part of people's homes.
